Bihar Health Department vacancy 2025 बिहार सुवास्थ्य में state health society (SHS) Bihar ने हेल्थ ऑफिसर (CHO) के कुल मिलाकर 4500 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन माँगा है इसके तहत उम्मीदवार 5 अप्रैल 2025 से ऑनलाइन आवेदन का तिथि राखी गयी थी जो किसी कारण से स्थगित कर दिया जिसके कारण यह भर्ती नहीं हो सकी थी अब इसका भर्ती को पुनः स्वे शुरू की जाएगी इच्छुक उम्मीदवार आवेदन करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स को तैयार रखे-
